Will I have to sign for my delivery?
Usually not especially if your postman has a 'safe place' to leave your goods.
Larger bulky items that are sent by courier will need a signature.
When will my order be despatched?
Normally the following morning after the order was received.
Some items are made to order and have a longer delivery time. In these cases this is specified within the product information. If an item is out of stock, you will be contacted with an estimated delivery date.
What happens if I am not happy with my order?
You must inform us within five working days if the goods do not arrive or are damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.
Simply call or email and we will agree a solution with you. We normally ask for the product to be returned to us. If it is our error or the product is faulty then we will pay for the return.
